福州市上海街道居民医疗服务需求和利用的影响因素分析

「目的」了解城市居民医疗服务需求和利用的影响因素，为决策部门合理分配卫生资源提供参考依据。「方法」用χ＾２检验和非条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归进行影响因素分析。「结果」年龄、饮酒与慢性患病率有关，两周患病率仅与年龄有关，年龄及人均收入是影响年住院率的主要因素，两周就诊率主要受文化程度、医疗费用承担方式的影响，慢性疾患病率、两周患病率、年住院率随着年龄的增大而上升。「结论」年龄、文化程度、居民收入、生活方式、医疗费用承担方式是影响医疗服务需求和利用的主要因素。
