| 摘 要： | 目的]根据慢性疲劳综合征(chronic fatigue syndrome CFS)的中医分型,探讨CFS中医证候的诊断规律。方法]收集泸州地区3个医院的441例CFS患者四诊信息,并根据专家诊断的中医证型,采用多元统计分析,建立了判别分析函数。结果]筛选出耳鸣、肌肉或关节痛、烦躁易怒等17项对CFS证候诊断有影响(P<0.05)的症状,建立了中医诊断慢性疲劳综合征的判别函数。经验证,一致性好(Kappa值为0.904),判断正确率达到93.7%。结论]所建立的判别函数能够提高CFS中医辫证分型的客观性和准确性,可帮助指导慢性疲劳综合征专家辅助诊断系统的建立,有较好的应用前景。
