试论医患矛盾形成的原因与对策

医患矛盾是一种客观的社会现象，在我国当前社会和经济转型时期，医疗卫生体制改革引起资源重新配置和利益的再调整，人们思想观念还没有完全适应新的体制，同时医疗卫生领域中存在的一些不正常现象加剧了人们对医疗服务质量的不满和对医疗卫生体制改革的怀疑，造成医患关系紧张。医疗卫生体制改革应该进一步完善医疗卫生服务体系，坚持基本医疗卫生的公共产品定位，强化医疗卫生机构的服务意识，从而为市场经济体制的建立提供一个稳定和谐的社会环境。

Probing into the Causes of Conflicts between Hospitals and the Sick and the ways of dealing with Them

The conflicts between hospitals and patients are inevitable,especially during the time when the society is rapidly developing and the economy is re-structuring.With the re-adjustment of sources and benefits,the people can not completely adapt to the great changes,and at the same time,some abnormal phenomena in the medical field have worsen the relationship between doctors and patients.The hospitals should take measures to mitigate the tensity between the hospitals and patients,as well as the government should further perfect the medical service system,which can provide much more medical service,as public products,to meet the people's demands.
