| 摘 要： | 小儿慢性腹痛是儿科临床中最常见的症状之一,严重影响患儿的身心发育和生活质量。胆囊运动障碍作为引起小儿慢性腹痛的常见疾病,近年来得到广泛关注,现对胆囊运动障碍的临床诊断、治疗及研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Chronic abdominal pain is one of the common symptoms in pediatric clinic,which influences the normal physical and psychological development,as well as the life quality of the suffering children.Biliary dyskinesia is a condition that always leads to chronic abdominal pain in children.In this article,the aspects of clinical diagnosis and treatment and related research in biliary dyskinesia were fully reviewed. |
