髋臼前部骨折疗效与负重弓完整性的关系：（附12例X线测量报告）

本文回顾复习了１２例髋臼前壁、前柱或前柱并扣方半横切骨折。牵引治疗９例，手术治疗３例。疗效优７例，良２例，可２例，差１例。对这１２例正位及闭孔斜位Ｘ片进行负重弓完整性测量，发现疗效不佳者骨折均累及负重弓，作者对该种骨折的诊治及负重弓测量的意义作了探讨。

The Function Results of Anterior Part Fractures of the Acetabulum in Relation to the Weight-Bearing Dome (Supple 12 Cases for Radiographic Measurement Study)

We retrospectively reviewed 12 patients at 5 months to 13 years after displaced anteriopart fractures of the acetabulum or anterior fracture-dislocation of the hip. Nine of them were treated by traction, Three required opeation. Nine partients had good or excellent results and three had fair or poor results. Roof-arc measurements were used to estimate how much of the weight-bearing dome(WBD)had remained intact. In the three patients of fair or poor results in whom the fracture involve the WBD. The authors discussed the diagnosis and treatment of anterior part acetabular fracture and sense of the WBD measurements.
