门诊病人血液分析和白血病筛查的探讨

目的探讨XE-2100血细胞分析仪血液分析结果白血病诊断筛查的方法。方法对500例仪器有提示的标本,染血涂片显微镜检查,分类200个有核细胞,计数各类细胞的百分比。结果发现500例标本中,白血病25例,粒细胞核左移血象370例,异形淋巴血象44例,有不典型淋巴细胞的血象51例(不典型淋巴细胞<10%),有10例镜检呈阴性。结论对于有提示的标本,应全面分析其原因,并加强血涂片的镜检,防止白血病漏检,提高检验质量。

Exploration of Leukaemia Screening from Outpatiants' Heamanalysis

Objective To explore the methods of leukaemia diagnosing and screening from the hemanalysis results of haematology analyzer XE-2100.Methods In 500 samples of speciments with briefs on blood smears are stained and examined by microscope,200 nucleated cells are classified and the percentages of all kinds of cells are calculated.Results In 500 samples of speciments, there are 25 samples of leukaemia and 370samples of granulocyte nuclear-left-moved blood picture. 44 samples of Atypical Lymphocyte blood pictures and 51 samples of blood pictures with nontypical Lymphocyte(<10%). 10 samples of blood pictures are examined negatively by microscope.Conclusion For speciments with briefs on we should analyse all kinds of reasons all-sidely and strengthening the microscope examination of blood smears in order to prevent leukaemia sample from leaking out and improve the quality of examination.
