| 摘 要： | 目的：研究不同的前处理方法对测定食用植物油中砷的影响.方法：采用湿法消化、干法消化和微波消解对样品进行前处理,用氢化物原子荧光仪进行测定,计算不同前处理方法的回收率和相对标准偏差.结果：微波消解效果好,回收率高,精密度好,样品处理操作简便、省时;干法处理过程繁琐,易产生误差,方法重现性差;湿法效果差,样品易炭化,消解不完全.结论：测定食用植物油中的砷,微波消解是较好的前处理方法.
