医院内部实施医疗保险混合支付方式

目的探讨医院内部实施医疗保险混合支付方式对医保患者住院费用及其费用构成的影响。方法在某三级甲等医院内部以普外科为研究对象，以次均住院费用、平均住院日、患者满意度、治疗有效率等为评价指标，将混合支付方式实施前后医保患者的住院费用及其费用构成进行比较分析，评价其实施效果。结果实施混合支付方式后医保患者的住院费用降低，费用构成趋于合理化，医疗服务效率得到提高。结论混合支付方式的实施有利于控制医疗费用、减轻患者负担、维持医保基金平衡，能够促使达到多方共赢的局面。

Implementation of Mixed Payment Mode in the Hospital

Objective To analyze the effects of medical insurance mixed payment on the hospitalization expenses of medical insurance patients and the expenses structure in the hospital. Methods In the department of general surgery in a class 3 - A military hospital, the expenses and expenses structure of medicare patients before and after the implementation of mixed payment were analyzed comparatively. And the implementation effects were evaluated by the indicators such as the average hospital expenses, the average length of stay, patient satisfaction degree, treatment efficiency and so on. Results The results showed that hospitalization costs of medicare patients were decreased, the fee structure trended to be reasonable and the service efficiency was improved after the imple- mentation of mixed payment. Conclusions The implementation of the mixed payment is beneficial to control medi- cal cost, alleviate the burden of patients and maintain the balance of medical insurance fund, and help us to get the win - win situation.
