| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心脏手术中使用鱼精蛋白出现不良反应的预防与治疗方法。方法将200例使用鱼精蛋白的病例随机分成两组,实验组使用鱼精蛋白时采取多种预防措施,对照组不采取预防措施,观察两组不良反应的发生率和不良反应的程度。对出现不良反应的病例采取积极的治疗措施。结果两组都有不良反应发生,不良反应种类及程度相似,但实验组与对照组相比不良反应的发生率低(P<0.01),两组出现不良反应后及时治疗效果好。结论心脏手术中使用鱼精蛋白的不良反应难以避免,但采取多种有效的防治措施能减少不良反应的发生,避免更严重的并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the prevention and treatment reactions of the use of protamine during open heart operation. Methods:200 patients using protamine were randomly divided into two groups. Experimental group was used variety prevention methods.The control group was not taken preventive measures. Results: Two group all appeared reactions of the use of protamine. But experimental group showed the low incidence of adverse reaction (P<0.01)compared with control group.The active treatment measures could improve the situation of cases with adverse reactions . Conclusion:It is difficult to avoid the adverse reactions when using protamine in heart surgery.But a variety of effective prevention and control measures can be used to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, to avoid more serious complications. |
