重组人生长激素联合支链氨基酸治疗肝硬化低蛋白血症的临床观察

目的探讨重组人生长激素联合支链氨基酸对肝炎后肝硬化低蛋白血症的临床治疗效果。方法前瞻性分析61例肝炎后肝硬化患者,治疗组30例,同期对照组31例,在相同的护肝治疗基础上,治疗组应用重组人生长激素4IU,皮下注射,1次/d,同时应用支链氨基酸250ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,连续应用15d。对照组应用20%人血清蛋白50ml及新鲜冷冻血浆400ml,交替应用,共15d。观察治疗前,治疗结束后第2天,治疗结束后第30天,患者的临床症状及肝功能的改善情况。结果治疗组的清蛋白治疗前为（30.41±2.49）g/L,治疗结束当天为（34.59±3.01）g/L,治疗结束后第30天为（36.00±2.87）g/L;对照组的清蛋白治疗前为（30.64±3.42）g/L,治疗结束当天为（31.29±1.74）g/L,治疗结束后第30天为（31.30±2.07）g/L。结论重组人生长激素联合支链氨基酸可有效地改善肝硬化患者的低蛋白血症。
