| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨经前方胼胝体入路显微手术治疗双侧脑室铸型出血的优缺点。方法：回顾分析6例采用经前方胼胝体入路显微手术治疗双侧脑室铸型出血的临床资料。结果：4例患者痊愈；1例持续昏迷；1例术后5d死于中枢性呼吸、循环衰竭。结论：采用经前方胼胝体入路清除双侧脑室血肿可恢复脑脊液循环，从而减轻脑组织的继发性损害，提高患者的生存率，减低致残率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of the double lateral ventricular hemorrhage cast by microsurgery therapy via the anterior transcallosal approach. Methods:The data of 6 cases of double lateral ventricular hemorrhage treated by the anterior transcallosal approach were analyzed retrospectively. Results:Among the 6 cases,4 cases were cured whereas 1 case of coma was found. In addition,1 patient died of central respiratory circulation failure 5 days after operation.
