参松养心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心力衰竭伴室性早搏的临床研究

目的探讨参松养心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心力衰竭伴室性早搏的临床效果。方法52例患者随机分成2组。治疗组(26例):口服参松养心胶囊4粒,每日3次,通心络胶囊4粒,每日3次;对照组(26例):口服美西律200mg,每日3次,丹参片3片,每日3次。疗程均为1个月。治疗结束后观察比较2组症状、体征及心电图变化情况。结果室性早搏总有效率治疗组与对照组分别为84.6%和73.1%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);症状总有效率分别为88.4%和57.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);心电图总有效率分别为92.3%和65.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组射血分数和心率治疗前后有显著改善(P<0.01),而对照组则无改善(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后射血分数及心率较对照组治疗后有显著改善(P<0.01)。结论参松养心胶囊联合通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心力衰竭伴室性早搏,疗效确切,不良反应小,同时改善心肌缺血和心功能,值得临床进一步推广。

Therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with Tongxinluo capsule on heart failure caused by coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular premature beat

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Shensongyangxin capsule combined with Tongxinluo capsule on heart failure caused by coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular premature beat.Methods 52 patients with heart failure caused by coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular premature beat were randomly divided into two groups.26 patients in treatment group were treated by Shensongyangxin capsules 4 pills once,3 times a day,with Tongxinluo capsule 4 pills once,3 times a day;the other 26 patients in control group were treated by mexiletine 200 mg once,3 times a day,with Danshen tablets 3 tablets once,3 times a day,with a treatment course of one month for both groups.At the end of treatment the changes of patients' symptoms,signs and electrocardiogram(ECG) were observed and compared for the two groups.Results The total effective rates for ventricular premature beat were 84.6% and 73.1% in treatment group and control group respectively,and there was no significant difference between the tow groups(P>0.05).However there was a significant difference in the improvement of symptoms between two group(88.4% vs 57.7%,P<0.05),and so did in total effective rate in ECG between two groups(92.3% vs 65.4%,P<0.01).There were significant improvement in left ventricular ejection fraction and heart rate in treatment group before and after treatment(P<0.01),but no significant improvement in control group(P>0.05);after treatment,there were significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction and heart rate between two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion Shensongyangxin capsule combined with Tongxinluo capsule is effective in treating heart failure caused by coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular premature beat,with few side effects,which can improve myocardial ischemia and deserves to be popularized in clinical application.
