| 摘 要： | 目的 探求一种新的大面积颅骨缺损的修复方法.方法 应用计算机辅助设计与制造和快速成形技术,进行个性化钛修复体的制备.应用个性化钛修复体对13例大面积颅骨缺损进行修复.结果 所有病例术后手术效果好,外观满意,无血肿感染、修复体外露;病人术前颅骨缺损综合征得到部分改善.结论 应用个性化钛修复体对大面积颅骨缺损进行修复,手术效果好,并发症少,是一种值得推广的手术方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a new method of cranioplasty to repair large-format bone defect.Methods CAD/CAM and rapid shaping technique were applied to make individual prefabricated titanium implant.Cranioplasty was undergone in 13 cases with individual prefabricated titanium implant.Results All the patients suffering from large-format bone defect were satisfied with good results.No hematoma,infection or implant revealing occurred.Conclusion Cranioplasty of large-format skull bone defect using individual prefabricated titanium implant has a good result and few complications.It is an ideal method for treatment of large-format skull bone defect. |
