易启康治疗念珠菌性女阴阴道炎及龟头炎疗效观察

目的：评价易启康治疗念珠菌性女阴阴道炎及龟头炎的疗效与安全性。方法：46例患者给予易启康200mg，隔日1次共3次口服，于治疗后第1周观察临床疗效。结果：女阴阴道炎痊愈率为88．46％，总有效率为96．15％；龟头炎痊愈率为90％，总有效率为100％。与文献报道的进口伊曲康唑制剂比较疗效相似，两者间差异无显著性（P〉0．05）。试验过程中无明显不良反应。结论：易启康治疗念珠菌性女阴阴道炎及龟头炎疗效确切、安全而经济，值得推广。

Observaton of Clinical Efficacy of Yiqikang in the Treatment of Candidal Vulvovaginitis and Balanitis

Objective: Reasearching the clinical efficacy and safety of YiQiKang(Itraconazole)in the treatment of Candidal Vulvovaginitis and Balanitis.Methods:46 cases of Candidal Vulvovaginitis and Balanitis have been treated by with YiQiKang.The therapeutic results were observed on 1th week.Results: The cure rates of Candidal Vulvovaginitis were 88.46%and the total effective rates were 96.15%,The cure rates of Candidal Balanitis were 90%and the total effective rates were l00%on 1th weed,respectively,and to compare the quailty between the domestic products with impoded protects.There was similar clinical efficacy about both.There was no significantly statistical difference among the two groups(P>0.05),N0 obvious side-effects appeared during the entire trial.Conclusions: YiQiKang(Itraconazole)has high clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of Candidal Vulvovaginitis and Balanitis,and cheap drug.The authors think that the drug is of value clinical use.
