52例尿毒症维持性血液透析患者死亡原因分析

目的分析尿毒症维持性血液透析患者死亡原因。方法回顾性分析2004年1月至2008年12月在我院行维持性血液透析患者中52例死亡病例的临床资料,分析死亡原因。结果52例患者的死亡原因包括心血管事件27例(52%)、放弃治疗13例(24%)、脑血管意外5例(10%)和感染、消化道出血及肿瘤7例(14%)。结论心血管事件是尿毒症维持性血液透析患者主要的死亡原因。

Clinical Analysis of Death Reasons in 52 Patients with Uremia on Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective To analyze the death reasons of patients with uremia on maintenance hemodialysis. Methods The data 52 cases who died after maintenance hemodialysis were retrospective analyzed from 2004 to 2008. Results The first death cause of maintenance hemodialysis was cardiovascular disease （52%）. Giving up treatment and cerebrovascular disease accounted for 24% and 10%, respectively. The last was severe infections, hemorrhage of alimentary tract and tumor（ 14% ）. Conclusion Cerebrovascular disease was the major death reason in patients with maintenance hemodialysis.
