| 摘 要： | 血管性假血友病（简写ｖＷＤ）是最常见的遗传性出血性疾病，临床诊治难度大。本文综述了近几年来运用分子生物学技术，对ｖＷＤ在分型、诊断和治疗方面的进展，提出临床分型对治疗的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The von Willebrang Disease(vWD) is the most common hemorrhagic disease of genetics,which is very difficult to diagnose and treat clinically.This paper sums up the development in the classification and treatment of vWD by applying molecular biologic techniques in recent years. It is indicated that the classification of vWD plays an important role in its treatment. |
