| 摘 要： | 白介素-13是由活化的Th2细胞产生的-种细胞因子，在炎症发生过程中起重要作用。研究表明，白介素-13基因多态性与特应性皮炎及其不同的临床表型有相关性。特应性皮炎患者皮肤中白介素-13水平明显增高并且与血清IgE水平升高显著相关。白介素-13的生物活性是通过作用于白介素-13Red和白介素-4R受体复合物实现的，而另-受体IL-13Rot2对特应性皮炎的发生则有抑制作用。研究显示，在特应性皮炎中自介素-13可以通过胸腺基质淋巴生成素、白介素-4、丝聚蛋白等引起皮肤过敏性炎症反应、皮肤瘙痒、皮肤纤维化增厚、屏障功能丧失等。

| Abstract: | Interleukin-13 （IL-13）, a cytokine produced by T-helper type 2 （Th2） ceils, plays a prominent role in the process of inflammation. Many studies have shown that IL-13 gene polymorphism is associated with atopic dermatitis （AD） and variation in clinical phenotypes of AD. The level of IL-13 is elevated in skin lesions of AD, which is significantly associated with the increased serum level of immunoglobulin E. The bioactivity of IL-13 is mediated via a complex receptor system consisting of IL-13Rotl and IL-4R, while the other receptor IL-13Ra2 may inhibit the occurrence of AD. It has been revealed that IL- 13 can cause cutaneous allergic inflammation, pruritus, thickening/fibrosis, loss of barrier function in AD via thvmic stromal lvmohoooietin （TSLP）, IL-4, filarin （FLG）, and so on. |
