奎硫平与奋乃静治疗高龄精神障碍患者的对照研究

目的 比较奎硫平与奋乃静治疗高龄精神障碍患者的疗效及耐受性、安全性。方法 70例患者被分奎硫平组，37例和奋乃静组33，治疗6周，比较简明精神病量表（Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale，BPRS）评分的变化和副作用。结果 两组患者的精神症状均有明显减少，但是两组之间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），奎硫平组出现中度副作用的概率显著低于奋乃静组（P〈0.05）。结论 奎硫平治疗高龄精神障碍患者的疗效比较理想。且副作用少。

A comparison study on efficacy and safety of quetiaqpine with phenazine in treatment of elderly patients with mental disorders

Objective To compare the efficacy and safety of quetiaqpine with phenazine in treatment of elderly patients with mental disorders. Methods Seventy elderly patients with mental disorders were divided into two groups: 37 cases were treated with quetiapine (test group) and 33 cases were treated with phenazine (control group). All patients were assessed with Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale (BPRS) after 6 weeks of treatment. Results The BPRS scores in 2 groups were significant decreased after treatment and there was no difference between two groups(P>0.05). The occurrence of moderate side effects in test group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Quetiapine is an effective antipsychotics agent in treatment of elderly psychosis with fewer side effects.
