住院精神病人攻击行为分析及护理干预

目的:分析住院精神病人攻击行为产生的原因,提出相应的护理干预方法。方法:采用回顾性调查方法对72例有攻击行为的住院精神病人进行分析。结果:造成精神病人发生攻击行为的主要因素是患者的精神症状38例,占52.77%;与病友和家庭闹矛盾12例,占16.67%;受病房环境影响6例,占8.33%;自知力缺失10例,占13.89%;护理人员态度不冷静4例,占5.55%;药物不良反应2例,占2.78%。结论:对精神病人的攻击行为采取有效的护理干预,可减少攻击行为的发生,保障工作人员及病人的人身安全。

Analysis and Nursing Intervention on Aggressive Behavior of Psychiatric Inpatients
