加氢脱氮动力学模型

摘    要:考察了加氢脱氮的影响因素,主要有温度、压力、空速、循环氢中H2S浓度及原料性质等。建立了加氢脱氮动力学模型,对动力学参数的影响因素进行关联和工业数据的验证,得到满意的结果。

Abstract:Based upon industrial data, a hydrodenitrogenation kinetic model was proposed in this paper. Through analyzing hydrodenitrogenation reaction mechanism, several influence parameters were presented in velocity constant k . These influence parameters in hydrodenitrogenation process mainly included reaction temperature, partial pressure of hydrogen, concentration of hydrogen sulfide in recycling hydrogen, and feed characteristics. While feed characteristics included density, mean boiling point and final boiling point. Velocity constant k was in exponent formula of these influence parameters according Arrhenius equation. The parameters of the model were correlated through practical data, and the obtained results were convinced compared with literatures. Several common work conditions were also predicted by the established model and the predicted results were in correspondence with practical data.
