| 摘 要： | 目的优选出金银花最佳采收阶段和产地加工方法。方法用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定不同采收期和不同加工方法的金银花中绿原酸的动态变化。结果确定金银花的最佳采收期为三青、二白和大白阶段,产地加工可采用直接晒干和烘干等方法。结论此研究为道地药材封丘金银花的质量控制提供参考。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To optimize the best stage of collection and the process method in the producing area of Flos Lonicerae.Methods The contents of Chlorogenic acid of Flos Lonicerae which were collected in different stages and processed by different methods were determined by HPLC.Results The best collection period and the process technologies were determined.Conclusion This study provides a reference to the quality control of famous-region drug. |
