甘肃道地药材丹参提取工艺研究

目的 :建立甘肃道地药材丹参的最佳提取工艺及含量测定方法。方法 :采用不同的提取方法及反相高效液相色谱法对丹参进行分离分析 ,以ODS为色谱柱 ,测定脂溶性成分的流动相为甲醇 -水 (70∶30) ,检测波长为254nm ;测定水溶性成分的流动相为甲醇 -水 (8∶92) ,检测波长为282nm。结果 :在选定的色谱条件下 ,脂溶性和水溶性成分分离较好 ,并可进行含量测定。结论 :所建立的丹参中脂溶性和水溶性成分的提取方法 ,可用于甘肃不同地区产丹参的质量控制。

Study on the Preparation Techniques of Famous-region Crude Drug of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae in Gansu Province

OBJECTIVE:To explore the determination method and the best extraction procedure of famous-region crude drug of radix salviae miltiorrhizae in Gansu province.METHODS:Different extraction methods,together with the RP-HPLC were used for the isolating analysis and the content determination of this medicine;ODS was taken as chromatographic column,methanol and water(70∶30)were used as mobile phase for the determination of the liposoluble component,with its detection wavelength at254nm;methanol and water(8∶92)were used as mobile phase for the determination of the water-soluble component,with its detection wavelength at282nm.RESULTS:The contents were able to be measured and the compounds of liposoluble and water-soluble were to be separated very easily as well under the selected chromatographic condition.CONCLU_ SION:The established method for the extraction of the liposoluble and water-soluble components in Radix Salviae Miltiorˉrhizae can be used for the quality control of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae produced from different areas in Gansu province.
