| 摘 要： | 目的:观察脑卒中偏瘫早期康复护理干预的临床效果。方法:80例脑卒中偏瘫住院患者随机分为两组,干预组43例,采用早期康复护理,包括良肢位摆放、肢体按摩、床边康复训练、心理和日常生活能力指导等,每日1次,对照组37例采用常规护理。4周后观察其神经功能缺损程度和日常生活能力积分变化情况。结果:干预组43例中35例患者的日常生活自理能力和神经功能缺损程度均有了明显提高(肌力在3级以上),较常规护理组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在患者发病的急性期和恢复早期得到正规康复,能够充分挖掘恢复潜能,为以后肢体运动功能得到巩固和进一步改善提供必要的基础保证,早期康复护理干预对脑卒中偏瘫有较好的临床优势。
