摘    要:目的 了解孕妇的焦虚、抑郁情绪反应及其影响因素。方法 采用非随机方便样本,由孕妇自行填写CES-D和SAI量表,使用SPSS进行方差分析t-检验、多因素线性相关分析和回归分析。结果 中期孕妇的心理反应显著强于早期和晚期孕妇。阅读保健资料可以减轻孕妇的焦虑和抑郁程度。被调查孕妇中,5.1%的孕妇存在轻度焦虑,3.2%存在抑郁情绪;焦虑和抑郁间存在显著正相关(r=0.7662,P〈0.001)。结论

Abstract:Objective To known the anxious and depressed mental response of the pregnant and the affective factors of anxiety and the depression.Method The sample was norandom and convenient. CES-D and SAI scales were filled by voluntary pregnant women. The data was analyzed with SPSS for oneway ANOVA, t-test, Multi-factor linear correlation and regression analyses.Result The mental response of the second period pregnant was stronger than that of those in the first or third period. Prenatal health education and scientific books could reduce their anxious and depressed level. 5.1% of the women in the sample were mildly anxious and 3.2% of them were depressed. There was significantly positive relation between anxiety and depression.Conclusion Enhancement of the pregnant's knowledge level can help them go over the pregnant period successfully.
