| 摘 要： | 高脂血症是动脉粥样硬化的重要危险因素之一。本文利用高胆固醇血症动物模型，研究了白细胞粘附性及白细胞荧光光谱的变化。实验结果表明，家兔随喂食高脂食物时间的延长，血清胆固醇浓度逐步升高，同时白细胞粘附性明显增高（P＜0．０１），白细胞荧光光谱两特征峰面积之比值随血清胆固醇浓度升高而明显降低（相关系数r＝0．927，0．0１＜P＜0．02）。

| Abstract: | Hypercholesterolemia is one of the important risks in pathogenesis of atherosclerosis. In the following work, by using rabbits with experimental hypercholesterolemia, the characteristics of leukocytic adhesiveness and leukocytic fluorescence spectrum were observed. It indicated that after continuous feeding with high tholesterol food, the serum cholesterol concentration (Sch) in experimental animals was elevated markedly, while leukocytic adhesiveness was increased with a positive correlation to Sch (r= 0. 895, 0. 01
