肾病综合征中医辨证分型与血清脂蛋白亚组分胆固醇含量关系初探

39例原发性肾病综合征分为脾肾阳虚、脾肾气虚及肝肾阴虚三型,本文报道上述三组及9例脾肾阳虚型继发性肾病综合征的脂蛋白亚组分胆固醇含量。结果显示,TC、LDL—c、LDL—c/HDL—c显著增高为它们的共同特点,脾肾阳虚组HDL—c较低,特别是HDL_2—c、HDL_2—c/HDL_3—c显著降低;肝肾阴虚组HDL—c、HDL_2—c、HDL_2—c/HDL_3—c显著升高;脾肾气虚组TC与血清白蛋白呈显著负相关,肝肾阴虚组HDL—c与血清肌酐呈显著正相关。

Relation between the serum cholesterol contents of lipoprotein subfractions and the TCM typology according to differentiation symptoms in nephrotic syndrom

39 patients with primary Nephrotic Sydrom(NS)was divi-ded into three types the Deficiency of Yang in Spleen and Kidney(DYaSK),the Deficiency of Qi in Spleen and Kidney(DQiSK)and the Deficiencyof Yin in liver and Kidey(DYiLK),according to Differentiation Sympt-oms.The serum cholesterol contents of Lipoprotein subfrations of thesethree groups above and 9 patiens with secondary NS belonging to theDYaSK were reported.The results came to be that:Marked increases ofthe Total Cholesterol(TC),Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(LDL—c)and the ratio of LDL—c/HDL—c(high density lipoprotien cholesterol)was the common characteristics of NS:HDL—c in the group of DYaSKdecreased,esp.HDL—c、ratio of HDL_2—c/HDL_3—c decreased significantly;HDL—c、HDL_2—c and HDL_2—c/HDL_3—c increased significantly inthe group of DYiLK;serum albumin was negative correlated significantlywith TC in the group of DQiSK;serum creatinine was positive correlatedsignificantly with HDL—c in the group of DYiLK.
