妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退女性骨密度及骨代谢生化指标分析

摘    要:目的研究妊娠期亚临床甲状腺功能减退(subclinical hypothyroidism,SCH)女性骨密度及骨代谢生化指标变化。方法比较正常孕妇与妊娠期SCH女性的骨密度、血清钙(calcium,Ca),血清镁(magnesium,Mg),血清磷(phosphorum,P),总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC),甘油三酯(triglyceride,TC)维生素D(vitamin D,VD),甲状旁腺素(parathyroid hormone,PTH),骨钙素(bone gamma-carboxyglutamic-acid-containing proteins,BGP),Ⅰ型前胶原羧基末端肽(procollagen type I carboxy-terminal peptide,PICP)。结果妊娠期SCH女性的P、TC、TG、PICP、BGP、骨密度均与正常孕妇在孕晚期有统计学差异。结论妊娠期SCH会导致骨密度下降。

Abstract:Objective To study the changes in bone mineral density and biochemical markers of bone metabolism in patients with subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) during pregnancy. Methods Comparisons were made between normal pregnant women and pregnant women with subclinical hypothyroidism during pregnancy in bone mineral density, serum calcium (Ca), serum magnesium (Mg), serum phosphorus (P), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TC), total cholesterol (TC), parathyroid hormone (PTH), bone gamma-carboxyglutamic-acid-containing proteins (BGP), and type I procollagen carboxy terminal peptides (PICP). Results The levels of P, TC, TG, PICP, BGP and bone mineral density were significantly different between pregnant women with SCH and normal pregnant women during the 1st trimester of pregnancy. Conclusion SCH during pregnancy can lead to decreased bone mineral density.
