下腔静脉后输尿管的诊治

目的 提高对下腔静脉后输尿管的诊断和治疗水平。方法 回顾性分析12例下腔静脉后输尿管患者的临床表现、影像学诊断和手术方式,并复习有关文献。结果 随访结果:8例右肾积水明显改善,4例右肾功能显著好转。结论 下腔静脉后输尿管的确诊主要应依据影像学检查,输尿管切断复位术是根本性治疗措施,利用腹腔镜技术的微创手术前景良好。

Clinical management of retrocaval ureter

Objective To elevate the diagnosis and therapeutic management of retrocaval ureter. Methods The clinical menifes-tations and the results of operative techniques of 12 cases were analyzed retrospectively and the related literatures were reviewed. The diagnosis of retrocaval ureter depended on radiographic imaging and CT scan findings. Results Intravenous pyelography and retrograde pyelography showed a tortuous ureter with fishhook sign. All the patients had been followed up for 6 months and the overall results were excellent without complication. B-ultrasound and intravenous urography showed improvement in hydronephro sis and renal function. Conclusions Imaging finding is important fact for establishing diagnosis of this clinical disease. Transec-tion of ureter and ureteroplasty is the proper treatment at present. Laparoscopic surgical correction of circumcaval ureter is a prospective way for dealing this abnormality.
