| 摘 要： | 射频消融术（RFA）是近年发展迅速的一种微创技术，逐渐应用于治疗甲状腺结节。临床研究已证实RFA对甲状腺结节的治疗价值，常用于伴有症状或影响颈部美观的甲状腺良性结节、自主功能性甲状腺结节、复发性甲状腺癌、原发性甲状腺癌、甲状腺滤泡性腺瘤等，但目前尚无统一的规范和指南共识。文章介绍了RFA的原理、基本技术，临床应用现况及手术适应证等进行了综述。 |

| Abstract: | Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is a well-known, minimally invasive, effective, and safe method for the treatment of benign thyroid nodules and recurrent thyroid cancer. After RFA, the nodule volume is significantly reduced or even disappeared, thereby improving the symptoms associated with nodules.Numerous clinical studies have confirmed the value of RFA in thyroid disease, and RFA is now available worldwide. In recent years, RFA has gradually become the preferred treatment for benign thyroid nodules. This article reviews the application of RFA in thyroid diseases in recent years, introduces the principles, basic techniques, and clinical applications of radiofrequency ablation to provide assistance for clinical thyroid radiofrequency ablation. |
