| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨O139群霍乱菌的L型变异。方法：采用抗生素，胆盐和蒸馏水实验室诱导方法进行观察，结果：发现O139群霍乱弧菌MO45菌株经上述3法诱导可发生L型变异，其菌落特征和菌体形态均与L型的描述相符，结论：实验结果证实O139群霍乱弧菌可诱导成L,其变异过程与ElTor弧菌相似，检测自然界中亦存在O139群霍乱弧菌的L型。

| Abstract: | Objective] To discuss the variation of Vibrio cholerae O139 L forms [Methods] To observe the variation of Vibrio cholerae O139 L forms with induction of antibiotics, sodium deoxycholate and distilled water [Results] L forms of Vibrio cholerae O139 MO45 strain, whose characteristics of colonies and morphology of bacteria were accorded to L forms, may be induced by antibiotics, sodium deoxycholate and distilled water [Conclusion] Vibrio cholerae O139 L forms Can be induced The variable procedure is similar to Vibrio cholerae El Tor It is possible that there exist L forms of Vibrio cholerae O139 in natural environment |
