| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃肠间质瘤的临床及病理特点，提高对本病的认识。方法应用免疫组化方法检测54例胃肠间质瘤组织中CD117、(X)34、Vimentin、S—100、Desmin的表达。结果54例胃肠间质瘤中CD117、(X)34、Vimentin、S—100、Desmin的表达率分别为68．52％。88．89％，100％，7．4％，18．52％。结论胃肠间质瘤光镜下细胞形态相似都为梭形。但其分子免疫学表型却呈异源性，需要做免疫组化检查准确定性。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinicopathological characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumor.Methods Immunohistochemical staining were used to determine the expression of CD117,CD34,Vimentin,S-100,Desmin in 54 cases of gastrointestinal stromal tumor. ResultsExpress of CD117,CD34,Vimentin,S-100,Desmin were found in 68.52%,88.89%,100%,7.4% and 18.52% of the tumor cases respectively.Conclusion Despite their similar light microscopic appearance, GIST are immunoophenotypically heterogeneous,requiring immunohistochemical for accurate characterization. |
