综合护理干预在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果

目的 观察综合护理干预在小儿支气管肺炎中的应用效果。方法 随机选取2013年3月~2014年3月本院诊治的支气管肺炎患儿106例,按照完全抽样法1∶1分成两组,对照组53例患儿给予常规护理,研究组53例患儿给予综合护理干预,比较两组患儿的治疗依从性、疗效与并发症发生情况。结果 研究组患儿的发热、气促与肺啰音消失时间分别为（2.17±0.79）、（3.35±0.95）、（3.19±1.28）d,均短于对照组的（3.68±0.72）、（4.96±0.56）、（5.71±1.36）d,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;研究组患儿的体育锻炼评分高于对照组,住院费用与并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 给予支气管肺炎患儿护理干预,可提高患儿与家属的治疗依从性,促进患儿肺功能恢复,缩短临床主要症状消失时间与住院时间,减轻患儿的家庭经济负担。

Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with bronchial pneumonia

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods 106 children with bronchial pneumonia were randomly selected in our hospital from March 2013 to March 2014,they were divided into two groups according to the completely sampling 1 ：1,the control group in 53 eases were gien routine nursing care,the study group in 53 cases were given the comprehensive nursing,the treatment compliance,curative effect and complications of two groups were compared. Results The fever,shortness of breath and lung sound disappear time in study group was （2.17±0.79） d,（3.35±0.95） d and （3.19±1.28） d respectively, were shorter than those in control group （3.68±0.72） d,（4.96±0.56） d and （5.71±1.36） d ,respectively],with statistical significance （P〈0.01）.The physical exercise score of children in the study group was higher than that of the control group,the cost of hospitalization and the incidence of complications of the study group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the therapeutic compliance of children with bronchial pneumonia and of their families,promote the recovery of lung function and shorten the time for disappearance of clinical symptoms and hospitalization,thus reduce the economic burden to their family.
