双侧钢板内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果

目的 观察双侧钢板内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法 选择2007年4月~2010年6月本院收治的复杂胫骨平台骨折患者60例,根据内固定方法不同分为双侧钢板内固定组（30例）和单侧钢板内固定组（30例）。比较两组的术后并发症、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、伸屈角度、骨折愈合时间及临床疗效。结果两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、骨折愈合时间等比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;膝关节伸屈角度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。两组患者术后并发症及临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 双侧钢板内固定术治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折具有较好的临床疗效,并发症发生率低,适合临床长期推广应用。

The effect of bilateral plate fixation in treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of bilateral plate fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods 60 cases of patients with complex tibial plateau fractures were selected from April 2007 to June 2010,and were divided into bilateral plate fixation group （30 cases） and unilateral fixation group （30 cases） according to the methods of internal fixation.The postoperative complications,operation time,bleeding volume during operation,hospi- talization time,extension and flexion angle,the healing time and curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The operative time,blood loss,hospital stay,fracture healing time of the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）; the knee flexion angle of the two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.The complication rate and clinical ef- fect of the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bilateral plate fixation in the treatment of com- plex tibial plateau fractures has good clinical efficacy,its complication rate is low,is worthy of application in clinic for long term.
