舍曲林合并小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症的对比研究

目的:探讨舍曲林合并小剂量喹硫平治疗抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法:将60例抑郁症患者随机分为舍曲林组和舍曲林合并喹硫平组,疗程8周,在患者治疗前及治疗1、2、4、8周末使用汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,副反应量表(TESS)评定患者不良反应。结果:治疗8周末舍曲林合并喹硫平组患者的疗效明显,合用组与单用组患者的显效率分别为83.3%和53.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者在治疗第1、2、4周末HAMD的量表分有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01),合用组患者低于单用组,两组患者的HAMD因子分在睡眠障碍方面存在明显差异(P<0.05),两组患者出现的不良反应均较轻或中度,主要有头晕、嗜睡、口干、便秘等,经对症处理,均有不同程度缓解或耐受。结论:舍曲林合并小剂量的喹硫平治疗抑郁症是一种相对安全有效的治疗方法,且起效快,可提高疗效。

Comparative study of Sertraline combined with small-dose Quetiapinein treatment of depression

Objective： To explore safety and efficacy of Sertraline combined with small- dose Quetiapine in treatment of depression. Methods： 60 patients with depression were randomly divided into Sertraline group and Sertraline combined with Quetiapine group,the course oftreatment was 8 weeks. Before and 1,2,4,and 8 weeks after the treatment,Hamilton depression scale（ HAMD）was used to evaluate the efficacy and treatment emergent symptom scale（ TESS） was used to evaluate the adverse reactions. Results： 8weeks after the treatment,the efficacy of Sertraline combined with Quetiapine group was obvious,the obvious effective rates of Sertraline group and Sertraline combined with Quetiapine group were 53. 3% and 83. 3%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. 1,2 and 4 weeks after the treatment,HAMD score of Sertraline combined with Quetiapine group was lower than that of Sertraline group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. There was the significant difference in sleep disorder between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The two groups both had mild or moderate adverse reactions,mainly including dizziness somnolence,dry mouth,constipation and the like. Through the symptomatic treatment,all the adverse reactions were alleviated or tolerated. Conclusions： Sertraline combined with small- dose Quetiapine in the treatment of depression is a relatively safe and effective treatment method,hasa rapid onset,and can improve curative effect.
