甲茅软肝汤加减联合西药治疗肝硬化腹水的效果观察

目的 探讨甲茅软肝汤加减联合西药治疗肝硬化腹水的临床效果。方法 将186例肝硬化腹水患者随机分为治疗组94例,对照组92例。对照组采用护肝药物、抗病毒、抗感染、定期输注白蛋白、支持、利尿、腹腔排液等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组的基础上给予甲茅软肝汤加减治疗。治疗3个月后观察肝功能水平,评价临床疗效。结果 治疗组肝功能改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组总有效率为82.98%,明显优于对照组的63.04%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 甲茅软肝汤加减联合西药能显著改善肝硬化腹水患者的临床症状,明显改善肝功能指标,纠正并发症,疗效确切。

Effect observation of modified Jiamao Ruangan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Jiamao Ruangan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis. Methods One hundred and eighty-six patients with ascites due to cirrhosis were randomly divided into treatment group （94 cases） and control group （92 eases）.The control group were given regular treatment including liver proteetion,anti-virus,anti-infection,albumin infusion at regular intervals,support- ing,dieresis,and drainage from abdominal cavity,the treatment group was given Jiamao Ruangan decoction on the basis of control group.After 3 months treatment,liver function indexes were observed,and clinical effect was evaluated. Restilts The improvement of liver function indexes in treatment group was better than that in control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.The total clinical effective rate of treatment was 82.98%,siguificantly higher than that of control group （63.04%）,with statistical difference （P〈O.05）. Conclusion Modified Jiamao Ruangan decoction combining with western medicine can remarkably improve the clinical manifestations in patients with ascitcs due to cirrhosis and liver function indexes,and correct the complications with a definite effect.
