社区综合保健干预对早产儿发育的影响

目的 探讨社区综合保健干预对早产儿发育的影响。方法 选取本院2009年6月~2011年8月收治的86例早产儿为研究对象,随机分为对照组43例,观察组43例,对照组作常规干预,观察组早产儿进行社区综合保健干预,分析两组儿童的智力发育情况。结果 经社区综合防治的有效干预措施,观察组儿童的智力发育商（DQ）明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。随访24个月后观察组儿童的智力发育值显著高于对照组。结论对早产儿实施早期社区干预,能有效促进患儿的智力发育,改善远期预后结局,提高身体发育质量。

Influence of community comprehensive care intervention on development of preterm children

Objective To investigate the influence of community comprehensive care intervention on the development of preterm children. Methods Eighty-six preterm children admitted to our hospital from June 2009 to August 2011 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into the control group with 43 children and the observation group with 43 children.The control group received conventional intervention and the observation group received com- munity comprehensive care.The intelligence development situation of the two groups of children was analyzed. Results Through the effective intervention measures of community comprehensive prevention,the children＇s intellectual develop- ment quotient （DQ） of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant dif- ference （P〈0.05）.After 24 months of follow-up,the observation group had significantly higher DQ than the control group. Conclusion The implementation of early community intervention among the preterm children can effectively promote the children＇s intelligence development,improve the children＇s long term prognosis outcomes and enhance their physical development quality.
