莫西沙星联合花红片治疗急性盆腔炎的效果

目的 探讨莫西沙星联合花红片治疗急性盆腔炎的效果。方法 将218例诊断为急性盆腔炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组（109例）静脉滴注莫西沙星注射液0.4 g,1次/d,治疗组（109例）在对照组的基础上给予花红片治疗,4~5片,3次/d,观察两组的疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为97.25%,高于对照组的89.91%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组和对照组的致病菌清除率分别为79.1%、63.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 莫西沙星联合花红片治疗急性盆腔炎的临床效果较好,抗菌性强,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy of moxifloxac combined with Huahong tablets in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective To explore efficacy of moxifloxac combined with Huahong tablets in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 218 cases diagnosed as acute pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,intravenous moxifloxacin injection 0.4 g,1 time per day was used in control group （109 cases）,on the basis of control group,Huahong tablets,4-5 tablets,3 times per day was used in treatment group（109 cases）.The effect of two groups was observed. Results Total effective rate of treatment group （97.25%）was higher than that of control group（89.91%）,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The bacteria clearance rate of treatment group and control group was 79.1% and 63.5% respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Moxifloxac combined with Huahong tablets in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease have better clinical effect and strong anti-bacterial activity.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
