针灸联合药物治疗急性带状疱疹的临床效果及可行性研究

目的 探讨针灸联合药物治疗急性带状疱疹的临床效果及可行性。方法 选取本院2012年3月~2014年3月收治的72例急性带状疱疹患者,将其随机分成两组。对照组给予单纯药物治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予针灸治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果 治疗7 d后,两组的VAS评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;实验组7 d镇痛药使用总量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,疱疹愈合时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 针灸联合药物治疗急性带状疱疹效果显著,安全系数高,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical effect and feasibility study of acupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of acute herpes zoster

Objective To explore the clinical effect and feasibility study of acupuncture combined with drugs in the treatment of acute herpes zoster. Methods 72 cases with acute herpes zoster from March 2012 to March 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group were given simple drug treatment,the experimental group were given acupuncture on the basis of control group.The clinical therapeutic effect of two groups were compared respectively. Results after 7 d treatment,VAS scores in the two groups was lower than that before treat- ment,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）;7 d analgesic use amount of experimental group was lower than that of control group,with statistical difference （P〈0.05）,herpes healing time of experimental group was shorter than that of control group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）;There was no statistical difference in incidence of PHN between two groups respectively（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined drug in the treatment of acute herpes zoster has significant efficacy and high safety coefficient,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
