电话回访服务对留置双J管患者的影响研究

目的 探讨电话回访服务对留置双J管患者拔管依从性及并发症发生率的影响。方法 将2011年7月~2013年12月南昌大学第二附属医院泌尿外科收治的200例留置双J管出院患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者在住院期间及出院时均由专职护士进行健康教育与出院指导;医生在出院小结上注明患者的拔管时间及按时复诊,观察组在此基础上予以电话回访服务,包括电话回访式健康教育,制订合理的饮食指导方案,专职护士记录患者拔管时间和患者依从性等信息。结果 观察组患者的依从性明显高于对照组,并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 电话回访服务可明显提高患者的依从性,有效预防因延迟拔除双J管而导致的相关并发症。

Study of impact of telephone visit services on patients indwelled double J tube

Objective To investigate the influence of telephone visit services on extubation compliance and the incidence rate of patients indwelled double J tube. Methods From July 2011 to December 2013,200 discharged patients indwelled double J tube treated in the department of Urology in the Second Hospital Affiliated to Nanchang University were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,there were 100 cases in each group.Health edu- cation and discharge instructions were performed by full-time nurse in patients of the control group during hospitaliza- tion and discharge;the time of extubation and returned on time were indicated in the discharge summary by doctors,On this basis, telephone visit services were added to the observation group,which included health education, to develop a reasonable diet mentoring program,full-time nurses recording patients＇ information of extubation time and compliance. Results Patients＇ compliance in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the incidence rate of complication was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Telephone visit services can significantly improve patients＇ compliance and effectively prevent complications due to delay in removal of double J tube.
