臭氧治疗妊娠期假丝酵母菌外阴阴道病的效果观察

目的 观察臭氧治疗妊娠期假丝酵母菌外阴阴道病的临床效果。方法 将200例妊娠期合并假丝酵母菌外阴阴道病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各100例。治疗组患者每天采用臭氧液冲洗外阴阴道,对照组患者每天采用5%碳酸氢钠溶液冲洗外阴阴道,7 d为1个疗程,观察比较两组的疗效。结果 治疗组的总有效率为100%,对照组为60%,治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论 臭氧治疗妊娠期假丝酵母菌外阴阴道病的效果显著,舒适、方便,是一种安全可靠无副作用的非药物性治疗方法,值得临床推广。

Effect observation of ozone in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ozone in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy. Methods 200 patients with vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group and there were 100 patients in each group.Patients in the treatment group were given ozone liquid to rinse vulva and vagina every day,while patients the control group were given 5%？sodium bicarbonate solution to rinse vulva and vagina every day,1 course lasted for 7 days.Curative effect of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 100%,and that in the control group was 60%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was a statistical differ- ence in the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Ozone in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy has a significant effect,which is comfortable,convenient,and it is safe and reliable non-pharmaceutical treatment method without any adverse effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
