腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的效果对比分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜手术与传统开腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠的临床效果及安全性。方法 选取本院2010年6月~2014年6月收治的54例输卵管妊娠患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组27例,观察组采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗,对照组采用传统开腹手术进行治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果 观察组术中出血量为（30.21±10.05）ml,对照组术中出血量为（45.58±18.96）ml,观察组术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组术后体温恢复正常时间、排气时间、下床时间、术后住院时间均明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠,能有效减少术中出血量,提高手术治疗效果,促进患者快速康复,安全、有效,值得临床推广应用。

Comparative analysis of laparoscopic operation and laparotomy in the treatment of tubal pregnancy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic operation and trdditional laparotomy operation in the treatment of tubal pregnancy. Methods 54 cases of patients with tubal pregnancy in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 were selected,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,27 cases in each group,the observation group were treated by laparoscopic operation,the control group were treated by traditional laparotomy operation,the clinical curative effect of two groups were compared. Results The blood loss of observation group was （30.21±10.05） ml,that of the control group was （45.58±18.96） ml,the observation group was less than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The postoperative body temperature returned to normal time,exhaust time,bed time,postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The laparoseopie operation for the treatment of tubal pregnancy can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding,improve the effect,and promote the rapid recovery of patients,is safe and effective,be worthy of clinical application.
