| 摘 要： | 毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿（GD）是常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病,近年来免疫抑制剂——糖皮质激素（GC）在GD中的应用研究被广泛关注。本文依据文献,对GC治疗GD的适应证、作用机制进行综述,以期为GD时GC的治疗提供参考。
