| 摘 要： | 子宫内膜异位症的药物治疗可以说是一项挑战 ,近年来随着对传统治疗重要副作用的认识 ,许多学者对传统方案的改进进行研究 ,包括GnRH a治疗的反加疗法 ,GnRH a剂量、用药周期的调整等 ,同时新的治疗途径的探索 ,如GnRH拮抗剂 ,含药物的宫内节育器 ,芳香化酶抑制剂 ,地诺孕素 ,局部抗肿瘤药物的临床应用等。本文对这些内异症药物治疗方面的新进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss current ideas about medical therapy for endometriosis from new observations. Methods The database was computerized by MEDLINE and EMBASE. Some of the informations were obtained from references listed in the primary sources and other references that the author has already known. Conclusion Besides the improvement of gonadotrophin releasing hormone (GnRH) agonist therapy (including add back therapy and draw back therapy, etc.), there are many novel alternatives such as GnRH antagonists, drug releasing intrauterine device, aromatase inhibitors dienogest and raloxifene for the treatment of women with endometriosis. |
