| 摘 要： | 本文总结了18年来我院检出的45例老年人和108例对照者（20－40岁） 胃息肉的临床与病理特点，结果显示老年人胃息肉的分布以胃窦最常见，胃底次之，胃体少见，多发性息肉和伴发浅表萎缩性胃炎者较中青年多；而息肉的组织学类型及临床主诉与中青年相似。

| Abstract: | The pathological and clinical characteristics of the gastric polyps in 45 elders (more than 60 years )and 108 youth (aging from 20 to 40 years ) were analyzed. The results showed that in the elderly most of the polyps were located at the antrum,and more at the fundus, fewer at body. Multiple polyps and polyps in company with superficial-atrophic gastritis are more common in the elderly than in the young,but the two groups share the same both in pathology of polyps and clinical features. |
