| 摘 要： | 高脂蛋白血症患者20例,其中男17例,女3例;年龄56±10yr;经苯扎贝特0.2g,bid,po,1wk后改0.2g,tid,po治疗,12wk为一疗程,疗程结束测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-ch)分别下降17％、26％、30％;高密度脂蛋白_2胆固醇(HDL_2-ch)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-ch)分别上升41％、20％。未见明显副作用。证实该药具有较好的调节血脂作用。

| Abstract: | Twenty patients. (M17, F3; age 56 10yr) with hyperlipoproteinemia were treated with bezafibrate 0.2g po bid for Iwk and then 0.2g tid for 12wk as a course. The results revealed that comparing with the parameters before the medication, the average TC, TG, VLDL-ch were decreased 11%, 26% and 30%, respectively (P<0.01). While the HDL2-ch and HDI-ch were increased 41%,20%, respectively (P<0.01, 0.05). There were no remarkable adverse effects. These results demonstrate that bezafibrate can .exert a favorable effect to moderate the concentration of blood lipoproteins. |
