| 摘 要： | 目的了解2008年云南省建水县注射吸毒人群艾滋病相关知识和危险行为水平。方法对注射吸毒者采用滚雪球法进行问卷调查,不足部分进入戒毒所采用随机抽样法调查补足,同时采集3～5 ml静脉血进行HIV抗体检测和梅毒抗体检测。结果艾滋病防治知识知晓率为92.5%;近6个月有新的共用针具注射吸毒伙伴者占27.2%;与固定性伴每次性行为时均使用安全套的占29.8%;最近1年接受至少1项干预的比例为97.8%。结论项目实施后注射吸毒人群中艾滋病相关知识知晓率和行为形成率较项目启动时明显改善,项目干预成效显著。
