急性重症胰腺炎综合治疗体会

目的：探讨急性重症胰腺炎（SAP）综合治疗的效果。方法：将104例SAP患者按临床特征及治疗方法分为2组，非手术治疗组68例，加强重症监护，维持水电解质平衡，减少胰液分泌，抗生素防治感染，改善胰腺微循环；手术组36例，在基础治疗的情况下，视病情采用不同的手术治疗方法。结果：非手术治疗组治愈61例，死亡7例，手术治疗组治愈32例，死亡4例。结论：对SAP患者应以综合治疗为基础．视不同病因、病情及不同病期实施个体化治疗。

Experience of comprehensive treatment on severe acute pancreatitis

Objective： To discuss the effect of comprehensive treatment on severe acute pancreatitis （SAP）. Methods.. 104 patients of SAP were divided into non-surgical and surgical groups by clinical characters and treatment.68 non-surgical patients were treated with intensive care, keeping balance of water electrolyte,decreasing pancreatin secretion,preventing infection by antibiotics and improving pancreas micro-circulation. 36 surgical patients surgical were treated with different surgical methods on the basis of basic treatment. Results：61 cases were cured,7 cases died in non-surgical group,and 32 cases were cured,4 cases die in surgical group. Conclusion： The individual treatment on the basis of comprehensive treatment should be adopted according to different etiology, disease condition and stages.
