| 摘 要： | 目的：观察焦虑症患者听觉诱发电位(AEP)及视觉诱发电位(VEP)的特点。方法：对30例符合CCMD-Ⅱ-R诊断标准的焦虑症患者进行VEP和AEP检查，并以30例正常人作对照。结果：VEP在Fz及Cz处的P2、P3波幅明显降低，在Cz处N1潜伏期延长；AEP在Cz及P2处的P2、P3波波幅明显降低，N1潜伏期延长，在Cz处P2潜伏期延长。结论：焦虑症患者的VEP、AEP有波幅降低，潜伏期延长。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the characteristics of auditory evoked potential (AFP) and visual evoked potential(VEP)in patients with anxiety disorder.Methods: AEP and VEP were determined in 30 patients with anxiety disorder(AD) and 30 normal subjects were served as controls.Results:At Fz and Cz electrode positions,P2 and P3 amplitude of VEP were found decresed in patients as compared with the normal subjects;the latency of N1 prolonged significantly at Cz electrode position. The P2 and P3 amplitude of AEP decreased and the latency of N1 prolonged at Cz and Pz electrode position, at Cz electrode position the latency of N2 latency were prolonged obviously.Conclusion:AEP and VEP in patients with anxiety disorder might show longer latencies and lower amplitudes. |
