针刺治疗单纯性肥胖临床疗效及血脂含量相关性分析

目的:观察针刺治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效及与血脂含量相关性分析,以探讨针刺减肥的治疗机理.方法:选择门诊单纯性肥胖患者32例,采用针刺腹部脾胃经相关穴位,10次为一疗程,3个疗程后采用自身前后对照的方法,比较针刺前后体重、腰围、体重指数、血脂等检测资料,并对临床症状的改变进行分析总结.结果:经针刺治疗3个疗程后,患者血液中胆固醇、甘油三脂含量明显降低(P＜0.01);患者腹胀、便秘、月经不调、痤疮等症状均有明显改善,体重明显减轻(P＜0.01),腰围明显减小(P＜0.01).结论:针刺人体脾胃经相关穴位可以调节内分泌,改善胃肠动力,消除腹胀便秘、痤疮,减肥塑形,降低血中胆固醇及甘油三脂的含量,改善血液流变性.

Effect of Acupuncture on Cholesterol and Triglyceride in Simple Obesity Patients

Purpose:To investigate the mechanism of acupuncture in treatment of simple obesity. Methods:Thirty-two cases of simple obesity patients were enrolled into this study.Acupuncture was given at acupoints of the stomach meridian of foot-yangming and the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin.10 times constitute one course,after 3 courses,data of weight,weight index,waistline,cholesterol and triglyceride before and after acupuncture treatment were compared.Results:The weight,weight index,waistline,cholesterol and triglyceride lowered significantly after acupuncture on acupoints of the stomach meridian of foot-yangming and the spleen meridian of foot-taiyin in treatment of obesity (P<0.01).Conclusion: It suggests that acupucture treatment can apparently lower the weight,weight index,waistline,cholesterol and triglyceride in simple obesity patients.
