外科护士职业危险因素与防护

目的:探讨外科护士职业暴露的危险因素及对策。方法:用自行设计的问卷调查表,对我院手术室、普通外科病房及ICU监护病房的护士进行调查。结果:外科护士在护理病人时,不可避免地要接触到血液、分泌物;在护理操作中导致锐器损伤的几率最高可达90.3%。结论:外科护士的职业防护意识还不是很高,对职业暴露认识不足,应加强注意。
